Usage Statement:	The user must 'register' on this site in order to have access to the 'demo' version of the BVC. The 'demo' BVC is a fully functional program that allows interested municipalities to manually enter a sample of up to 10 of their real property assets into the program free of charge and without further commitment . Once the input data has been entered, the BVC will then calculate opening book values based on the input data that has been entered for each asset. The BVC 'output' includes Gross and Net Book values, effective date for input into the municipalities financial systems, and remaining undepreciated life of the asset. The user further agrees and acknowledges that the 'demo' version of the BVC is for purposes of testing and familiarization of the BVC only.
